Instructions to a successful reunion

Hi,

It sounds like we need a place to hold 60 to 100 people. We don't have an official count yet but we are hoping that everyone can come and that is closer to 100 people.

After talking to mom this am it sounds like the majority of feedback from the family is wanting to have the reunion in Montana. I have found a link the gives instructions to have a successful reunion. Also this place sounds like we can rent the whole ranch and sounds affordable. It is At Elk Lake resort. So no, it is not at a warm sandy beach but it is a setting that sounds relaxing and away from the crazy world. There is water, mountains and nature. This kind of setting is conducive to a wonderful relaxing and fun time.

So please take the time to read this suggestion / instructions. We are off to a good start!

Please continue to pass this information to all your children and their children. And brothers and sisters...

  1. Sound like this is in LIma Montana and it may well be big enough depending on who all comes...It is close to Yellowstone and we may need a chairman or two to pull this off well.

  2. I did notice that for a group of 55-over it is two thousnad two hundred a day...divide that by 60 people and that is for basic lodging about 40 dollars a day..adding water sports etc adds money...but the initial fee does not sound to bad...beck

  3. Yes, this sounds affordable and I think it looks nice. Maybe we should look for some reviews on this.

  4. I wrote the elk lake resort and they replied to me that they can only handle 60 people if we are content to rv or tent it. We as a family like that so we need more of a count who is going maybe we can get some committments and move forward on a place. So please give us more of a count of who will come late Aug of 2010 so we can secure a place. Anyway the person who wrote me back is Lerrina 406-276-3282.
